Adium icon become rotate 90 degree?? How to solve it?

As stated in the topic.. I tried to put other picture, those appear right.
However, when I tried to put which I want to use, it rotated 90 degree..
How can I solve it?

The picture probably has embedded rotational information which some photo applications (like iPhoto) can use but which most non-photo-oriented programs can't. If you're pulling the photo from iPhoto, try the Export functionality to export to a PNG file.
