Adium Problem with Status Icons

This morning, I was messing around on Adium .81, installing some new themes and what not. While doing this, I switched my user icons to one called "Gems". Then I got this warning message from Adium and everything was locked down. I figured it was a glitch, so I uninstalled Adium and reinstalled it. I deleted the icon set. I did everything under the sun. But I still get this message. I have no clue what to do at this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
