Adium: Tell when i have Mail

I have Adium Messenger Client, and i get mail very often. So is there a plugin or addon to Adium, that makes me able to se when i have mail. Like it used to do with Microsoft Messenger?

Why don't you put your Hotmail to Mail (the application)? It's a lot better than a link to Hotmail page what MSN has.

I know thats possible, but i prefer to use Adium, couse im always online, and i just like it much better

I don't know of a plugin of that sort, and I'm sure it would depend on what kind of e-mail service you have. Best bet is to just keep Gmail open or use Apple Mail.
