So I entered a manual workout today but incorrectly entered the stop time so the workout showed 12 hours. I didn’t notice it right away but when I was looking at my rings later in the day it showed exercise minutes over 720. I went into the health app and deleted the manual workout but activity rings have not adjusted. The fitness app doesn’t show the workout but the exercise ring still shows 720 hours. Is there any way to adjust this?

Go to the Health app for exercise and look at all data, should be able to do from there

Nothing I did fixed it so I paused my rings for today so at least that ridiculous exercise number isn’t there.
