Adjust YouTube quality settings in Safari on iPhone 6 +

I like to watch youtube video on my 6 +. However I cannot figure out how to adjust the video quality. The video is absolutely horrible when watching in Safari on either LTE or Wi-Fi. Is there a way to adjust the video quality? I did figure how to adjust on the youtube app, but I do not like using the app. I do not have a youtube ID so i just bookmark the channels I follow.

Use the app.

Afaik, there's no way to adjust quality from Safari.

You can't. Either use YouTube app or find another app that accomplishes the same thing.
