Adjusting brightness across still images in an animation movie

hi

i'm putting together an animation movie with FCPX. since i has to shoot some scenes outdoors, in those scenes brightness varies due to the change in the daylight lighting. is there a possibility in FCPX to level brightness across the stills? if not, is there a program that can do that (photoshop, animation program,...)?
