adjusting iTunes video playback properties?

Is there any way to adjust the brightness, saturation etc of a video playing in iTunes?? I can't find any controls so far.

Sure, I could use VLC, but I like to use iTunes to take advantage of sound enhancement software I have installed, or plugged in, to iTunes. It makes action movies sound great.
