I use quicktime to listen to lectures from school. I have the flip4mac plugin. It works well and all, but I have to often rewind through parts.

I have discovered the slider for fast forwarding and rewinding, but is there a way to adjust how many seconds (or how many times) the file will fast forward or rewind when I push and hold one of the buttons?
