Hello All,

So i've somewhat recently cracked my LCD screen on my macbook pro retina. There's about a 50-60 pixel black and colored line section on the left side of my laptop. Sucks but what can you do. I was wondering if there is anyway I can 1. add a custom resolution that removes 50-60 pixels overall (i guess twice that for retina) and then 2. position it 50-60 over from the left.

I've tried working with SwitchResX which I did get to give me a custom sized resolution but then the "front porch" doesn't offset the display, it just leaves the 50-60 pixels on the right side of my screen in sort of a glitchy mirror effect.

Thanks in advance.
