Is there a way to change how the trackpad responds in windows? Scrolling is HORRIBLE right now... and I want to change the 2 finger scroll speed

Did you install that update that Apple recently released that fixes (supposedly) some trackpad issues when using Windows via Boot Camp? If not, install it. And if you still can't get your issues fixed, then it's likely just buggy drivers on Apple's part.
