iPod Admin access to update iPod

I support about 12 different users and they all have iPods. It is really annoying that when there is an iPod update that I have to do the updates for each person as I am the only one with admin access.

Is there a way that I can have the users update the iPods themselves. Change folder permissions somewhere, a setting, anything?
