Admin login acting strange

I have two logins on my mac one and alls been fine until a few days ago when my admin log in has started to have problems conecting to the internet, mail, softwarre update, basically anything that requires me to connect to the internet. However, and this is the bit I can't get my head around, my other log in is fine and I can access everything without a problem?

I've tried to figure it out but I'm stumped. Anyone have any ideas?

This pretty much means there's something funktified in ~/Library.
Have you tried clearing the user's cache?

How do I clear the ser cache

Put the contents of /Users/your_broken_user/Library/Caches/ in the trash, logout, and log back in.
