Admin Menu squares with A in it

Hi I have a Macbook pro with yosemite I think that after I upgraded to el captain fonts I then got this Admin menu with theses hyragriphics can any body help please
Detailed fix please as I am a newbie

Restore the original, proper fonts for your OS and it'll work again.
