adobe 13 problem

I have an old black macbook running on 10.6.8
ever since i updated my adobe flash player 2 days ago i cant view anything flash, for example youtube video's and other websites

has anyone else had this problem and how do i fix it?

I tried to uninstall adobe - repair disk - re-instal flash but still it doesnt work
