Adobe adds FCP XML importing

Well Adobe is sure working hard on picking up the angry FCP users! They just updated Premiere CS5 / CS5.5 to include Final Cut XML importing: http://adobe.ly/lQAxkr

They didn't just add it, it has been a feature for a while. I think it was last year when CS5 first came out, long before any mention of FCPX. They did just improve it with an update, maybe that's what you meant.

At least there's an option out there for people looking to migrate from FCP7 to a 64-bit editor that works with past projects.

Cool thanks for the clarification. I've used both programs but I've never been up on the cross-platform news so I thought I'd share.
