Adobe AE and Upscaling?

Hi,

There are some videos on youtube teaching how to do upscale by Adober After Effects. I wrote one of them below.

Do any forum member already tried it? If yes, How were the result?

Some are okay but honestly scaling low res is just that...scarling low res.
You can add blurs and some color fixing and even sharpening but its still low res.
