I just cancelled our Adobe CC (full version) license.
We paid almost 70 EUR excl. VAT /month for one license and have been doing so for years already.
Funny thing: I could not cancel on the website at all, all I could was chat with a bot and that connected me to a human.
Do they try hard to keep you by offering huge discounts if you keep saying you want to cancel...
Offer 1: 2 months free
Offer 2: 3 months free
Offer 3: refund of current month, get the same software at 29.99 EUR / month (that's less than half!) and 3 more months for free
There was no more 4th offer, they finally agreed to cancel.
I feel cheated to be honest: we essentially over-payed (probably along with everybody else who pays the normal rate), while they are ready to let you have it for less than half as well.
So for the benefit of others: ... threatening to cancel might work to get a serious discount (they might also cancel faster than they did for us - do at your own risk ;-) )
Affinity will replace most of what we will continue to use.
