OK, this has probably been discussed to death but anyway, I need to ask.

I am running 10.6 at the moment and thinking of updating to Lion (naturally!) but ... one of the main tools I use is Adobe CS2. It's a bit old but does the job for me and I don't fancy shelling $$$ (a lot of them!) for an update.

Do you reckon it will work on Lion as well?

When 10.6 came out, rumors were that CS2 will not run but it works like a charm for me. Hence my question now.

Cheers for any help,

Derek

I don't use CS2, so I'm not really sure.

More info:
Rosetta not supported
CS2 and earlier versions of Adobe products require Rosetta to run on newer Intel-based Mac systems. These older versions are not supported on Mac OS 10.7 as it doesn't support Rosetta.

Hey mrapplegate, thanks for that. Not really good news for me though, is it? :p

Might hold off with upgrading then, upgrading CS costs way to much for me....
