I was wondering if adobe offers student discounts at all. Also can I upgrade from Adobe Photoshop 5 LE to Adobe Creative Suite CS2?

The upgrade version for CS2 is $149, however, I don't know if that applies to the LE.

I think you can upgrade from elements to CS2, then to CS Suite, but i don't think it works out any cheaper. The upgrade from elements to CS2 from adobe was not much cheaper than buying it from a 3rd party store.

If you're a college student your university bookstore should have it available for the student price. I *think* it was about $200 for the suite when I was in school (a year ago).

allison.

CS2 is priced similarly by many retailers. The CS2 Standard is about $899, which is what I have. Adobe products (such as Photoshop, llustrator, and InDesign) are considered the market standard in the graphics/publishing industries. So, there is no much competition to prompt Adobe to drop or discount their flag ship products CS2. In my opinion, it is well worth the money as i enjoy learning and using CS2.

Sites lil sketchy I think but I ordered from them and they are an Adobe Authorized Reseller. Cheapest prices I have seen. Full EDU CS2 suite $369.

I talked to the guy a few times on the phone before I ordered and to check up on my order.

They also sell just about any other piece of software you need.

Is there any difference between the Education Version and the Regular one?

It used to be that education had one large EULA difference (cannot be used for commercial purposes), and one huge practical difference: Cannot be upgraded from.

But the software infact functions exactly the same.

Where'd you find that price? I only see $389.
