Adobe CS3 Windows version to Mac version?

I have emailed Adobe technical support (4 days ago) but not had a reply.

Basically, I have Adobe CS3 Master Collection on my imac, but it's the windows version. Does anyone know if Adobe would help me change it to the Mac version so I don't have to use Parallels? Has anyone done this before?
