Adobe CS4 Betas Expired, Anyone Upgrading??

Well, my CS4 Fireworks and Dreamweaver beta expired today... now I have to decide whether to upgrade or not. I'm not sold on upgrading, I don't think Adobe released more than one bug fix for CS3. Also, CS4 doesn't seem to be a big leap in functionality compared with CS3 either...

What's the consensus? Are people upgrading from CS3 to 4, or are most people holding out for CS5?
