Adobe CS4 Dreamweaver License Expiry

My friend had the CS4 Dreamweaver Beta, and used a Beta serial. But he's comes to use CS4 again and he can't launch Dreamweaver. It comes up with a warning say "This license has expired" and the program won't launch.

Is there any way to completely wipe the Dreamweaver CS4 install (not the other CS4 apps he has though) so that he can now install Dreamweaver and use it.
