Adobe CS4 to CS5 Upgrade

So my office is on a budget and we need to purchase two Design Premium CS5 licenses, though we want to use my legit licensed copy of CS4 to get the Upgrade discount.

Does Adobe check/not allow the same CS4 license to be used for two separate CS5 Upgrade installs?
