I reinstalled Safari today as i was having problems with third party plug ins, that sorted whatever problem i have but and site with flash player now says i don't have it installed. I have it installed.

Really frustrating, anyone any ideas?

Thanks

I'm still pretty new to Apple, and have noticed that OS X and Flash do not play nicely together. Keeping Flash up to date but disabling hardware acceleration seems to work well for me in Snow Leopard on a C2D "08 MacBook Pro, but I still have to quit the browser and relaunch every few hours or so if I'm using heavy flash content.

But if all it says is that you don't have it installed, try uninstalling and reinstalling perhaps.
