Adobe Flash plugin keeps disappearing...

Ever since I installed Mountain Lion, I've had a problem with Adobe Flash. I would instal it, use it fine, but then about two weeks later, everything Flash related, would just be blank and not show up until I reinstall it.

Am I missing something here?

Would a Flash object say "Flash plugin missing" or something similar? Has a restart of the browser helped? And what browser do you use and do you install the latest Flash version every time?

The restart worked... It's just a totally blank space in Safari. And yes, I do reinstall the latest version every time.
