Adobe Flash problem after OS X 10.6.4 update

After update to OS X 10.6.5,Adobe Flash Player can't find my USB class cam ? on Adobe Flash Player setting pop down menu . Bulit-in iSight yes but it's the same cam.(?) But iMac and most computer need (USB Class) to work on Flash Player.
iMac 24,iphone 4.
