Adobe FlashPlayer Jerky

Hi having a few issues regarding the Flash Player on the Bbc Website.
When i try and watch the news live the video is all jerky.
I'm using Chrome and safari and its the same.Although if i switch to sky news it plays fine any ideas?
I've updated all the software

use firefox

and update flashplayer to 10.3.183.5

Are you running Lion? Chrome hasn't been updated to fully support Lion yet. And Flash probably isn't the best in it because it includes an integrated Flash player, so that hasn't been updated to the latest version either.

Yes I'm running Lion thanks for the reply why does it work ok on sky news?
