Adobe is bringing Creative Cloud to the ARM-powered Surface Pro X, starting with Fresco

There is a news that Adobe made a promise to bring CC apps to ARM-based devices including Surface Pro X. This is a great news because Adobe has tons of software for professional users such as Photoshop.
Well, Adobe already made a full version of Photoshop for iOS so it shouldn't be difficult to adapt it to ARM. macOS Catalina already started the project called Catalyst which allows iOS apps to use on macOS and develop only one platform for all OS.
I believe that Apple is going to announce their first ARM-based MacBook in 2020 base on rumors. I know that ARM chips arent that powerful compared to Intel and AMD but it will be a huge step forward to ditch Intel CPU.
