Is anyone here a photographer or hobbyist that uses Adobe products?
I have a late 2013 15" mbpr with 16 gigs. When working in Adobe Lightroom, the program is rather sluggish all around. Edits aren't instant, and flipping through raw files leaves me waiting a second or two for them to fully render.
I expected better performance out of the i7, 16 gigs of memory, and the ssd. In contrast, my ancient amd quad core desktop running windows 7 works lightning fast.
Is there something I can tweak, or is it perhaps an issue of Adobe products running on os x?
