Sorry if this question has been asked & answered already. I just upgraded to Catalina yesterday and prior to the upgrade, when I opened a PDF in Safari, I had a download button at the bottom of the PDF where I could download it. I still have the download button but now it doesn't do anything when I click on it. I can still go up to File and Export as PDF but it's just so much easier to download with the button at the bottom of the PDF. Has anyone else had this problem and/or fix? Thank you in advance!

Do you have any content or pop-up blockers installed?

First open the afflicted website, that you are trying to download the PDF from:

Go to menu SAFARI: SETTINGS FOR THIS WEBSITE, uncheck Enable Content Blockers.

Check SAFARI : PREFERENCES : WEBSITES... There look for the settings on CONTENT BLOCKERS, DOWNLOADS, and POP UP WINDOWS
