I have been playing around with the Core Image Funhouse, and it's awesome. It's super fast! What do you think about Adobe supporting the technology in future versions of Photoshop? If they don't, I would like to see someone release an application that takes advantage of it... maybe the next version of Graphic Convertor will.

Most likely not. Adobe won't use CoreImage because Windows doesn't have it.
I'm hoping they'll add CoreImage support to GraphicConverter too. That would simply be awesome.
