Adobe Premiere CS3 help

Does anyone know how to put clips that have been cut on the time line into the bin, or somewhere so I have a reference of cut clips? Similar to what I movie does as far as that goes.

Oh ya, I need to know how to do it without a batch capture. The video I am usin was imported without a batch capture.
