Since installing Maverick I cannot open Adobe Premiere Elements 11. Tried removing it and then reinstalling and it still crashes on startup.

Adobe help is about as much use as Apple help, if not worse, so I can't get anything from either. They just don't want to know.

Does anyone have the same issue, and does anyone know how to fix it?
