Adobe Premiere - Fast Multiple clip output

I have a timeline that has multiple clips I want to render out in adobe media encoder, seperately.

Is there a fast way to do this other than use the render bar?

maybe just make a bunch of subclips and export the clips....might be a little faster.

or do your ins/outs in media encoder so you only export 1 file and then just select the sections to encode
