Adobe Premiere on the 2019?

I am currently using a 2016 15” with 16GB of ram. It is impossible to but export jobs in the background and try to do anything else. The computer will be extremely unresponsive so I can barely write emails.
Anyone tried this on the newer models, with 32 GB ram?

Depending on the type of project(s) you're working on, you may not even be meeting Adobe's minimum specs with your current system, especially with RAM:
