I've used Premiere Pro CS3 countless times before I got the CS4 version. It worked well. I had no problems with it whatsoever. In CS4, though, I noticed some obvious issues, like when I playback (preview) my edited video in the timeline, the screen is almost pixelated and blurred, but when I pause it, the video will go back to its clear quality. Is it only because of the rendering preview? In CS3, when I playback my video, it didn't have that problem. It showed the same video quality as when I imported it to Premiere Pro. But why is it blurry now that I have the newest version? Do I need to change something in preferences?

The other thing is the Adobe Media Encoder. I post my finished videos on YouTube in High Definition after I edit them. I copied my settings in CS3 to CS4 exactly as it is without modifying anything, but after rendering, the quality of the video looked terrible. It still has the 1280x720 resolution, but the overall quality of it was blurred and pixelated. I found no problems with the audio so far, just the video. For users like you who know this app better than me, what are your settings to achieve the High Definition without decreasing any quality just like in CS3?
