Adobe Premiere pro cs4

I'm running the latest Os 10.7.1.I'm using Adobe Premiere cs4 I import videos them to the timeline and this weird thing happens on the timeline it like a ghost effect and looks like theres multiple copies of the video.Take a look at the attached pic
