Adobe released Reader 8 for Intel and PowerPC. (No Universal Binary.) It's pretty fast versus Preview at opening PDF's.

yeah, it's kinda cool... and i can see its benefit over preview
but i have a question... was preview that was handling PDFs in safari before? or was something in safari itself?
note: there was another discussion for this
I searched for another Adobe 8 thread before making this one.
Preview was handling PDF's in Safari. Adobe 8 gives you the option to use it instead of Preview.
