I am having a problem with a PDF that someone created for me for my iPad Air. I'm using Adobe Reader version 11.2.4
She created a PDF for my business for my customers to sign with their finger or a stylus.
The PDF shows up fine on the iPad and works great however within the last several months the signature area that use to pop up and allow them a decent section to sign their name doesn't pop up any longer plus its RED in color now for some reason.
She has been baffled by this and can't figure out what's going on.
Does anyone know what we can try to do to fix this issue?
