adobe reader problem

Hi,

I am trying to file an online irs filing. I have no other choice but to file online.

I have firefox 3.0, adobe reader 11.0.07. I think they are the latest updates.

When I go to the upload page it asks me to attach the file. When I attach the file it says to wait until I see the file in the preview. Doesn't happen. if I attach the file it shows up but I don't know if it is the real file.

I'm beside myself. I can't find anything and adobe wants me to sign up to their site. For Reader? I don't think so.

should I just attach it and submit? or?

Can anyone help me.

I have an IMac Intel Core i7. 2.93 GHz
Mac OS X 10.6.8
