I have a customer who keeps getting the following error when the launch Adobe CS, Adobe Illustrator, and all the Adobe products suite.
Connection failed
The server may not exist or it is unavailable at this time.
Once the software is open everything is fine, but this causes the softweare to open very slowly and is quite annoying.
I think it has something to do with Adobe looking for a link or something that is no longer valid, but I am not sure where to look to find what I need to delete.
Any help would be appreciated.
