Maybe someone here on MacRumors can help, Adobe Tech Support is blaming this on Apple. I have Adobe CS3 Production Premium. Adobe Updater is giving me permission errors, saying I have "Insufficient Rights - Adobe Updater can be run only by users with administrator rights." The account I'm using has admin rights, it is the account that was used to install CS3 and Updater has worked in the past. For a while I could add another new admin account and it would work for a while, then it would fail. Now even that no longer works.
I have also tried repairing Permissions to no avail, as well as doing a TOTAL reinstall of CS3, even running cleanscript to remove any CS traces.
Running the latest Leopard release will all updates......
Any ideas?? Very frustrating to have purchased a HIGH dollar suite like this and it having problems.........
