Adobe Version Cue CS3 Won't Start

Hey All,

Whenever i try to start Version Cue CS3, it comes up with an error saying "Version Cue could not be started, please check the logs" I looked up the log but it was blank... :mad:
I looked up the console and it had the following info:

Any ideas on what the problem may be?
