I am looking at the web and design premium and it seems like the web package is cheaper but with more stuff. and the design is more expensive with less. Am I not seeing something correctly?

Web doesn't have InDesign. It's for desktop publishing. If you are about to google to find out exactly what it is, then you don't need it.

Im taking a graphic design class in high school this year and we are going to get into indesign in a few weeks. Weve worked with illustrator and photoshop and a few other things but I didnt know the exact different between the two packages that adobe has to offer. Thanks for the info.
