During the Photoshop World convention. Adobe announced a new program for photographers who are only interested in using Photoshop CC and Lightroom 5.
The new program will be available September 17th.
Call Adobe Customer Service - Tell them you want to downgrade to the $9.99 deal. If you do that by Dec 31 you will always have that price. You must make a 1 yr commitment up front but thereafter it's month to month. As long as you stay on it you pay only $9.99 a month.
