Ads in songs(not like they say in the song buy this)

So I was listening to the radio the other day and when they put this song and then there was and ad for some foot creme but that was not in the song

This is why I stopped listening to radio years ago (except for a few very rare stations that are still ad-free). I can't stand ads in general and the kind you get on your average radio station are probably the most annoying of all.
