For some reason, in the location services setting of my iPhone is an app called 'Adsheet'. I have read that this is something to do with iAds, but why is it showing up? I have never jailbroken my iPhone and have no idea why it's showing.

Like you, I did some searching and I was able to find a couple of instances of this that weren't associated with JB.
If you are correct, and this has something to do with iAds, then I bet it was embedded in an app that you recently downloaded.

If that's the case, I have no idea which app this could be...I don't think any of my apps even use iad...
