advance access to hotmail through mac

hi there,

this might be a silly question.... i'm using my hotmail on my Mac mail already however i would like to access my hotmail folders and also link the actions I'm making (eg. not having to delete emails twice etc) between my hotmail account, MacPro and iPhone... is this possible?

I feel like I'm managing 3 accounts but it's all the same one!!
