Hi guys just signed up to the forum today although I have been lurking around here for years. I love the awesome information and solutions you can find just from browsing around.

I searched a lot for my question because I hate seeing duplicate threads from peoples laziness but I haven't found an answer to my situation so here we go...

I'm going to try to explain my question as thorough as I can but forgive me if you get confused.

I'm looking for an email management software that works well with specific auto replies. I have numerous email accounts that receive new emails on a daily basis. (and by "new" I mean people contacting me for the first time.) I would like to send them an auto reply thanking them for contacting me and sending them more information for them to reply to. When they send their second email I would like to create a another different auto response thanking them again for submitting their information and asking just a couple more questions. By the time they send back their second email I would like to take over and write a personal message on my behalf depending on the clients needs. (The option of sending a third auto response if need be would be nice.)

Other features I would like to see in the software:
-Create a database of emails upon their first time contacting me
-Able to manage multiple email accounts
-Delayed responses.

From my understanding it seems like I need a program where I would need to write my own script or commands. That's ok

The price of the software isn't an issue although I would greatly prefer a one time payment rather than monthly costs.

I know ISPs tend to blacklist people who send batch emails but we have a big business account at our office so that shouldn't be a problem. \

I appreciate anyone taking the time to read this and I can't wait to see the suggestions!!

Thank a lot in advance!!!
