Advanced ITUNES question about albums

i like to browse using the Albums category page in my itunes library, but there's one problem. I have several language courses that are multiple CDs, i.e Spanish Foundation Disc 1, Disc 2,..., Disc 7., etc.
How do I get these numerous and pesky "albums" (that aren't really music) to stop cluttering up my music collection? Is there a way to get albums to "not display" in the Albums category of the library? Or some other solution?

Make them part of a collection.
And you can also rename the Album "title" to have a single one...

By collection do u mean compilation?

Also, if I change 7 albums with titles like CD1, CD2, etc, to one name, then won't I have the problem of having all the Track 1's together, all the track 2's together, etc?

The easiest way to hide your language course CDs would be to create a music-only playlist, and only play tracks from this list.

Re combining multi-CD courses into a single 'album' you simply need to:
a) assign each disc a disc number 1 of 7, 2 of 7 etc
b) select all seven discs and change the album name to 'Spanish Foundation'

Yes compilation. You can manage the library automatically or manually. Play with the album name and tracks too, so when they are part of the compikatuin the tracks make sense.
